Yoga Class Timetable
If you would like to book a space at one of our classes it's easy, you can fill out the contact email form or phone Lizzy on 07792 735787. If it's an online class then I'll send you the link for zoom. Be sure to let us know if you'd like to come along so that we can make sure there's a comfortable amount of space for everyone.
Bring your mat along as well as cushions, blankets and bolsters as needed (I am no longer able to provide these items due to Covid hygiene restrictions).
Come to yoga class wearing plenty of loose comfy layers so that you can easily moderate your body temperature. Don't eat a huge meal before class, however, if you're peckish a small snack is great to give you an energy boost (a banana is ideal).
