Yoga Charity Challenge Exceeds Expectations
Fundraising Update - 15 January 2018
The great news just in is that HSBC has match-funded our original total bringing us to a new grand total of £2000. Not bad for a few soggy yogis on a wet and windy October day. Heartfelt thanks to HSBC and to the hardworking Yoga Challenge Team.
Yogis were serenaded by live jazz music from the talented Rivelin Duo who had braved the elements to entertain everyone and keep spirits high. Massive thanks to all those people who mucked in so heroically; donating time, raffle prizes, baking prowess and gazebo erection expertise - as well as those pot washing, mop wielding superstars who beavered away in the background to make this event such a roaring success.

108 Sun Salutation Challenge
10 September 2018
Yoga teacher, Lizzy Davison of Wild Horizen, led enthusiastic locals in a determined rain soaked 108 sun salutations to raise money for St Wilfrid's Centre's pottery refurbishment.
Despite the driving rain, they doubled their fundraising target and raised a total of £925 in a frenzy of yoga, delicious home baked cakes, music, raffle prizes and local beer.
