Lizzy is a Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, Reflexologist, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Nordic Walking Instructor (British Nordic Walking),  and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Thai yoga massage is a powerful therapy for mind, body and spirit.  It combines acupressure with applied yoga stretching and is deeply relaxing and invigorating.
Deeply relaxing foot massage to stimulate blood circulation and the nervous system.  Reflexology balances the body, enhances natural energy flow and cleanses the system.
